Goods In Transit Insurance

This policy shall provide the insured with coverage for loss or damage caused by any accident or misfortune while the insured property is in transit, when loading or unloading from the conveyance, or while temporarily housed in regular course of transit.

1. Any loss or damage produced or contributed to by ionization, radiation, or contamination by radioactivity from nuclear waste, whether directly or indirectly.

2. Materials for nuclear weapons.

3. Losses resulting from war and similar dangers.

4. The loss is subject to the terrestrial limit.
